        • What size men’s boots/shoes should I order?

        While fit may vary by style, we recommend you use our sizing guide available in the product images to better help with finding the perfect fit.

        • Do you ship internationally?

        While we ship all over the US, we do not quite ship internationally (yet!)

        We are grateful for our customers everywhere around the world and are working hard to make international purchases possible.

         

        • How do I exchange or return my boots/shoes?

        We want you to feel comfortable trying our product so we do not charge for return shipping if returned within 30 days of the sale date. We will gladly exchange or refund unworn merchandise or any merchandise with a manufacturing defect within 30 days of the sale date. Simply complete the return/exchange form under Shipping & Returns and we will contact you with a prepaid return label.

        • When should I expect my refund?

        Once our warehouse has received your return, please allow up to 2 weeks for a refund or store credit to be issued. If it has been longer than two weeks, please contact us as soon as possible.

         

        • How do I care for my boots/shoes?

        Avoid stepping in the water puddles or raining days as that might reduce their lives, unless waterproofing agent is applied to protect your shoes. Clean and polish your shoes regularly to extend their longevities.

         

        • Can I amend or cancel my order?

        We are only able to amend the billing/shipping address. You will not be able to amend the size/color of the item(s); remove or add item(s); or change the payment mode.

        Once your order has been placed successfully, you will not be able to cancel it.
